my results
seeing as everyone else i telling the world what results they got, i thought i would come in late and tell. to sum it up, i'm going to imperial college london this october for four years to do 'electrical and electronic engineering,' shall be fun.
anyhow, the results:- mathematics a-level: B physics a-level: B chemistry a-level: D (yay for me fudging up one of the last exams...) general studies as-level: E (i took nine exams, and they didn't even give the full a-level...)
and now my favourite result:- art a-level: B never expected to get that high a mark, as i thought my work was a bit odd. take the picture below.
to the left is a large plastic layer thingy featuring a neverending staircase of skyscrapers, together with the worksheets on the walls and the light orange book on the table are of my final piece. i got an A for that module, which isn't bad since i was still finishing it as the moderator entered the school. sitting on top of my computer (i love the beige) is my examination piece of light through windows in monochrome. i did this in fifteen hours and didn't really like the end result. i got a C for this module. running on the computer, and the printed mini-cd and case on top of the computer is my personal study module, which i got 90/90 for, which is an A. the moderator liked it quite a bit so took a copy with him to show to the examination board. glad my risks paid off, especially since i spent so much time sitting at that desk labouring away inhaling spray mount (do not spray it into your eyes, it hurts - trust me.)
oh well, just following the crowd of 'my results' posts before me. wasn't my idea.
