day five

Trains were alright this morning I guess. At least I got a seat for my horrible eight minute

journey. Got into work, did the normal, surfing the internet and slurping a slurm. Then I

started to tackle the problem I have given myself for the day. Well, let's just say it's

forcing me to learn new things, as the languages I am comfortable in have too many limits on

the particular activity I wish to perform.
My manager is at home at the moment, and so I am really having to be self motavated. Which

is fairly difficult when you have irc so accessable.
I have enjoyed my first week here, and I am looking forward to next week, where I will be

fully intergrated into the team, and perhaps I will get some real work done.
Well, i've been learning quite a bit of interesting code, which I may have never learnt

before.
Oh well, better go, see you in an hour.
