consequences

I hate people who just dont think about the consequences of things they do. they do stupid things which may seem funny to themselves at the time, yet cause huge problems to the people they subject to their "joke." and then they just choose to say sorry, yet that just isn't good enough, for it won't solve any of the problems they caused.
